The standard time for your order to be dispatched is 2-5 working days.
If two weeks have passed and you have not received your order, then please contact us immediately so we can track your item.
Please note that proof of postage is obtained for all items. If an item does get lost then the courier company advise that a period of time must pass before this item is officially lost. We will then replace your item when possible or provide you with a suitable alternative.
Delivery cost is based on the items weight with the courier, with costs starting from £2.99. Changes to your order cannot be made once your order has been processed.
We offer a free personal local delivery service within the Stratford-Upon-Avon area. We will arrange a suitable time within 5 business days of your order.
We deliver to Northern Ireland, with the delivery cost being confirmed through the website shopping basket.
If you are within the Scottish Highlands, Islands, or within another area of the UK that is not covered by our courier service, please get in touch and we can advise if it is possible to deliver to you, and what the cost of this would be.
If you are outside of the United Kingdom, please contact us for shipping costs.
We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason, for a full refund or exchange.
The original shipping cost is non refundable unless we are sending a replacement for a damaged or faulty item. If you would simply like to exchange an item we recommend making a separate purchase for the new item and then returning the unwanted item. We process refunds quickly via your original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original unopened packaging. We will also need your order number to complete your refund.

Please ensure you return an item with adequate packaging. Toy Temptations will not be responsible for items damaged in transit.
